In Norway, everyone has a right to practice their own religion. Norway has an official state church with the King as its head.

The Church of Norway is a protestant established church. While the State and the Church are not separate, all inhabitants of Norway have a right to engage in religious activity alone or together with others, and to form their own religious communities.
