Norway.no is a citizen’s guide to public services in Norway. It consists of a portal and a help desk service.
The portal makes it easier for citizens to locate public information and access online public services. If you need help finding public information or services, simply contact the Norway.no help desk by phone, e-mail, e-chat or SMS. The help desk’s opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.
The Norway.no portal comprises topic pages with useful links and information, for example about marriage, tax, health, work, education and housing matters. There are also links to current news stories and issues from the public sector, as well as a Norwegian-English glossary with public sector-related words and phrases. You can also find contact details for public authorities responsible for different public services in Norway.
