If you are older than 16 and want to fish for salmon, sea trout or sea char, or use fixed equipment to fish in the sea, you must pay a fishing licence fee in addition to buying a fishing permit.
You can pay the fishing licence fee at www.inatur.no. It is also possible to pay the fee at a post office, via your online bank or you can also use your mobile phone to pay the fee by sending an SMS.
